Steve & Susan Szabo have worked in several industries, starting with specialized tour services in Hawaii, where they lived for 27 years. Steve then worked in the film industry with his own Post-Production Company in Hawaii (Digital Edge Creative), as an Editor and Special Effects Artist. Susan was a fine artist who became well known in Hawaii for her landscape paintings and pet portraits (Susan Szabo Art). Then they both became experts in health products (SteveAndSusanSzabo.com). They have worked as health coaches for 15 years (SzaboCoaching.com). Steve has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Cell Biology from the University of Toronto. Toronto is where they were both born and raised and where they eventually met and married.

Steve & Susan know what it’s like to have the stress of a financial crisis. So they decided they would help people in distress by buying their homes; they have become real estate investors. They are passionate about finding win-win solutions for people needing to sell their home quickly.
